Information collected: RFO Media is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others except as disclosed in this statement.

We use IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, operating system and access times to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

RFO Media uses an estimate request form or e-mail for visitors that request information about our services. We collect visitors contact information (like their e-mail address and phone number) and demographic information (country or US State of residency) estimated budget and type of service requested.

The customer's contact information is only used to get in touch with the customer when necessary as requested by the new or current customer. We will e-mail or call the contact person in order to set up a direct customer service relationship about the service queried.

We partner with another party to provide specific services. For example, VeriSign provides our billing services. When the customer signs up for these services, he or she does so on VeriSign's billing web site, which requires name, e-mail, postal address and credit card number. This relationship is necessary for the third party to provide these services. However, they are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services. Whenever a payment is made using our web site, VeriSign will send the user an e-mail acknowledging the customer about the payment made to RFO Media. This will be the only e-mail the customer will receive from VeriSign. This e-mail serves the purpose of providing a confirmation number and for receipt of the credit card transaction.

Security: This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the web site, their information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
